Key Responsibilities
- • Oversee day-to-day operations of the powder coating production process
- • Troubleshoot and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality
- • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards
- • Lead a team of technicians and collaborate with R&D and quality control teams

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in powder coating production or similar industries
• Strong technical knowledge of powder coating processes and equipment
• Proven leadership skills in a manufacturing environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
✽ Sales Manager – Powder Coatings (Export Markets)

Flexible (Depends on work needs, potential for overseas travel) -
Key Responsibilities
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and clients
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage key accounts
• Provide technical expertise and product support to clients globally
• Travel internationally as needed to meet clients and grow the business -
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the coatings or manufacturing industries
• Strong understanding of international trade and export sales processes
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required
